For the main course, diners are treated to a dish named “All I Want for Christmas is You”, a Traditional Roasted U.S. Turkey and Bone Ham complemented by red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, and seasonal greens which evoke the joys of a classic Christmas meal.  The festive feast ends with “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, a Dessert Platter, comprised of familiar Christmas characters that bring out the child in each adult diner.

A complimentary Special Christmas Drink (HK$58 plus 10 % service charge) served in a cute champagne flute comes with the celebratory meal.  Diners will also be treated to a unique experience of dining with over 70 penguins playfully swimming and frolicking in the water and on ice.
