Terms & Conditions for Ocean Park Annual Membership Use

Ocean Park Annual Members can enjoy unlimited admission to Ocean Park during its operating hours on Park admission days in 365 days upon purchase of the membership, excluding block out dates and Park closures. The membership expiration date is based on the calendar instead of the business days of the park. The expiration date is printed on the membership. Ocean Park may change the Park admission days or operating opening hours, closure of the Park or suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time, without prior notice, for repairs, maintenance, inclement weather or another reason. As a condition of sale, any request for a partial or full refund for Ocean Park Annual Membership Use purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspensions, attraction closures, changes in Park admission days, opening hours or Park closure. Upon arrival, Ocean Park Annual Members will be required to present their Ocean Park Annual Membership and identification document(s) to enter the Park.
Adult Ocean Park Annual Membership: For applicants aged 12 or above.
Child Ocean Park Annual Membership: For applicants aged 3 to 11 (Child Ocean Park Annual Members must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above).
Student Ocean Park Annual Membership: For full-time Primary or Secondary School, Post-Secondary, or Higher Education students aged 12 or above.
Ocean Park Annual Members must present their Membership, together with their Identity Card or identification document(s), for verification purposes upon admission; otherwise, Ocean Park can refuse entry to the Park. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
In addition to their Identity Card or identification document(s), Student Ocean Park Annual Members must also present their valid Full-time Student Identity Card or Full-time Student Handbook for verification purposes upon admission; otherwise, Ocean Park can refuse entry to the Park. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
The Ocean Park Annual Membership is not valid for charter events, wedding banquets, evening charters, and other paid events and facilities in the Park.
The Ocean Park Annual Membership is non-transferable. Ocean Park reserves the right to check the Member’s Identity Card or identification document(s) for verification purposes, as well as the right to confiscate the Membership if this rule is violated.
Lost or damaged Memberships may be replaced for a HK$50 fee per replacement.
In the event that you lose your Membership, please report this to Ocean Park immediately.
Payment for the Ocean Park Annual Membership is non-refundable. Ocean Park reserves the right to terminate the validity of a Membership at any time, and in this case may provide the Member with a full or partial refund of the actual amount paid for the Membership.
Guests must comply with Ocean Park's bylaws, safety rules, and rules and regulations, which are posted at the entrances and/or available at other appropriate locations throughout the Park.

Membership Application Terms & Conditions

Please complete the application in BLOCK LETTERS. The English name of the applicant must be the same as that shown on the Identity Card or identification document(s).
Student Ocean Park Annual Membership applicants must be full-time students at a Primary or Secondary School, Post-Secondary or Higher Education, aged 12 or above.
When applying for a Student Ocean Park Annual Membership, please present a valid Full-time Student Identity Card or Full-time Student Handbook for verification.
Child Ocean Park Annual Membership applicants must be aged 3-11. Endorsement by a parent or guardian is required. Child Ocean Park Annual Members must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to enter the Park.
This membership is valid for 365 days from the issue date of the membership. The expiration date is based on the calendar instead of the business days of the park. After the expiry date of the Membership, we will take all practicable steps to either securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data only for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in Privacy Policy Statement.
In relation to use of Your Information in direct marketing, we will only do so subject to your consent and you have the right to opt-out from such use. You may also change your preference with regard to use of Your Information in direct marketing at any time.
If you choose not to supply any of the mandatory personal data required in this Application Form, Ocean Park reserves the right to not process your application. In all situations, Membership application acceptance is subject to Ocean Park's final decision. Ocean Park may at its sole and absolute discretion approve or decline any such application.
The membership can be purchased online or by filling out a physical form in-person at the Ticketing Counter, Ocean Park, Aberdeen, Hong Kong.
