“Hong Kong people are avid travellers, but with the pandemic keeping them at home, many are longing for a white Christmas experience. We, therefore, decided to bring the traditions of the European Christmas market to Ocean Park. Everyone can now have multiple takeaways for their well-deserved winter festive break all at the city’s doorstep!” said Lau Ming-wai, Chairman of Ocean Park.

Eat, play and be Merry!
Whether you’re craving a feast or looking to pick up a one-of-a-kind ornament, or simply wanting to experience some wonderment, there’s something different for you to explore on your every visit to Ocean Park this Christmas.

Kick off your Christmas shopping in the Christmas Alley
The European-style Christmas Alley in the Waterfront Plaza is a perfect location for you to get something special and delicate for your beloved ones. Over 40 brands will showcase a range of Christmas-themed specialties in the cosy wooden cottages, including European and Asian brands arranged by the Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian and Japanese Chambers of Commerce. Visitors can stroll through the market to savour culinary delights, look through home furnishings, buy quality skincare products, and collect traditional and modern handicrafts for presents.

Brands will take turns to move into the Christmas Alley in three different phases – the first phase will feature mainly European brands, including Hong Kong peoples’ beloved Nordic character Moomin. A variety of Nordic labels will also showcase festive decorations and wooden furniture among many others, enabling you to recreate the Christmas atmosphere from Northern Europe at your own homes.

Come again when other international and local brands are featured at the second and third phases of the Christmas Alley. You can select some unique yet romantic gifts made with preserved flowers and lights from the local brand KKSTORESS. Christmas confectionaries will also be available from Cookie Department and 3 Hani, which can definitely satisfy the sweet tooth of a foodie like you!

Amazing photo moments with art and magic stunts
Experience the magic of Christmas literally at Louis Yan Magic Viva, where Hong Kong magic maestro Louis Yan will amaze everyone at Applause Pavilion with his one-of-a-kind illusions and tricks. Louis has tailor-designed some novel elements for Ocean Park visitors to immerse themselves in a 30-minute show that promises to leave the audience in awe. Kids can also try their hands at magic, while families and couples can unleash their creativity at various art and magic workshops.

Savour Christmas fantasy gourmet
No Christmas is complete without a feast. The Park is presenting a mouth-watering menu of Christmas-inspired dishes that will delight everyone’s eyes and taste buds. These include the Christmas Fantasy Dinner Buffet at Club Panda and the Fantasy Christmas Feast at Tuxedos Restaurant, or you may try out various festive food and beverages including bakery delights, Christmas street foods and mulled wine at designated food kiosks in the Park.

Multi-day enjoyment
The festivities are recommended to be experienced across multi-day visits for guests to fully enjoy this Christmas season. Visitors who want to sample the European Christmas market can get the Christmas Town Entry Ticket at just HK$10 and access the Park’s Aqua City Lagoon and Waterfront Plaza after 2pm for a medley of experiences. A special HK$360 Christmas Package Ticket will give visitors unlimited same-day access to all the attractions and rides, on top of the Christmas offerings (except pay-as-you-go activities).

“This Christmas, visitors can enjoy the most personalised festive experience with greater flexibility under the new admission plan. They can select and choose from a wide array of extraordinary experiences, and level up their journey at any time on-site across the Park,” continued Lau.
