LABUBU x Panda Twins Lucky Draw

The Hong Kong-born panda twins, Jia Jia (the “Elder Sister”) and De De (the “Little Brother”) are ready to celebrate their first birthdays! To mark this special occasion, the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, and Ocean Park Hong Kong are excited to launch the “LABUBU x Panda Twins Lucky Draw”, inviting everyone around the world to share the joy. Both Hong Kong residents and tourists visiting Hong Kong can take part!

Winners will receive a bamboo-inspired birthday-edition LABUBU x Panda Twins vinyl toy, featuring Labubu cuddling Jia Jia and De De, created by Hong Kong artist Kasing Lung. This August, come visit Ocean Park to celebrate the panda twins’ big day and enter the lucky draw!

1. Hong Kong residents with a Hong Kong Identity Card or eligible tourists to Hong Kong with a valid travel document.

   • Eligible tourists to Hong Kong shall be non-Hong Kong residents who have completed immigration formalities upon arrival, as well as those holding a valid visa and permitted to stay in Hong Kong for a period of 1 to 90 days; valid travel documents consist of valid overseas passport and the original copy of Hong Kong entry permit.

3. Visit Explorer R in Whiskers Harbour, Ocean Park to participate in the lucky draw during the lucky draw period

*Participants must fill in authentic, accurate, valid and complete personal information to participate in this event and redeem prizes.

*Participants must personally bring an original Hong Kong Identity Card or valid travel document that matches their registration details to participate in the lucky draw.

1. Registration for the Lucky Draw:

   • This event is divided into two registration websites. Hong Kong residents with a Hong Kong Identity Card can only register on the 'Hong Kong residents' website; eligible tourists with a valid travel document can only register on the 'Tourists' website.

   • During the promotion period, participants who successfully register on the event website will receive a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Entries submitted after the closing date of the promotion period will not be accepted.

   • During the promotion period, each participant can only register on one of the websites (either the Hong Kong residents or the tourists website) and will receive one confirmation number.

   • If participants wish to update their registration information, please email our Guest Relations Manager at gr@oceanpark.com.hk or visit Explorer R in Whiskers Harbour, Ocean Park in person.
     
     

2. Participation in the Lucky Draw:

   • During the lucky draw period, participants must personally visit Explorer R in Whiskers Harbour, Ocean Park to present the confirmation number to staff. After verification, they will be allowed to enter the draw once.

   • The lucky draw will be conducted in real-time, with cards randomly assigned by a computer system. Results will be displayed immediately on the screen.

   • When collecting the prize, you must present an original of Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid travel document that matches the registration details for identity verification. If you cannot provide the required documents or if they do not match the registration details, your eligibility for the prize will be canceled.

   • Each winner can receive one birthday-edition LABUBU x Panda Twins vinyl toy or one Ocean Park General Admission Ticket on-site. The organizers will take photos or videos of the prize winners.

   • Each confirmation number is limited to one entry per day, and winners can only win once and receive one prize throughout the lucky draw period.

• Grand prize: Birthday-edition LABUBU x Panda Twins vinyl toy (308 pcs in total)

• Consolation prize: Ocean Park General Admission Ticket (512 pcs in total)
