Admission Tickets

How much does a General Admission ticket cost?

  • Adult (aged 12 or above): HK$538

  • JoyYou Card holders (aged 60-64): HK$100

  • Child (aged 3-11): HK$269

  • Children under 3: Free


*The Park reserves the right to verify the age, identity, or ticket eligibility of guests. Admission may be refused to any person who fails to present valid identification upon request. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park shall be final.

How long is a ticket valid?

Valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

What is the difference between Ocean FasTrack Standard and Pro?

  • Standard (HK$320): 7 priority accesses from designated rides and attractions

  • Pro (HK$580): All priority accesses from designated rides and attractions (including The Flash and Bumper Blaster)

4.

Are there special offers for senior citizens, people with disabilities, or recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)?

  • Hong Kong residents aged 65 or above (with a Senior Citizen Card or HKID) and holders of a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities": Free Admission.

  • Accompanying guest of disabled visitor: Half-price.

  • CSSA recipients: HK$20


These promotional tickets must be collected or purchased in person at the Ocean Park Main Entrance. The Park reserves the right to verify the age, identity, or ticket eligibility of guests.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

Due to repair, maintenance, weather or other considerations, the Park may temporarily suspend any rides or attractions without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for a refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction.

Complimentary Birthday Admission Tickets for Hong Kong Residents

1.

How far could I make reservation for my birthday admission offer?

The system will release booking quota for the upcoming 4 weeks at 5pm on 15th of every month for visitors to make online reservations, while reservation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.

What kind of information is required for reservation?

Visitors’ name as printed on identity document and a valid email address must be filled for receiving the reservation notification.

3.

If more than one person enjoying the birthday ticket offer on the same day, can I make online reservation for them in the same reservation?

Each reservation is made for a maximum of 1 person. You may make separate reservation for your friend / family who enjoy the birthday ticket offer on the same day.

What should I do with my reservation upon entry to the Park?

Upon successful reservation, visitors will receive an email notification with the reservation QR code. Visitors must present both the reservation QR code and their Hong Kong identity document at Ticketing Office for verification and redemption for on-day complimentary birthday ticket upon admission. The reservation QR code is only valid for one-time entry on the registered date.

5.

If I have not completed the online reservation, can I redeem birthday admission offer for Hong Kong residents on visit day?

Visitors who would redeem complimentary birthday admission offer for Hong Kong residents are required to make advance reservations through the official Ocean Park website.

6.

What should I do if I could not receive notification email after reservation?

The notification email maybe classified as a junk mail and you are advised to check your junk mail box. If you have not received the email, you may contact our Enquiry Hotline at (852) 3923 2323 for assistance during office hour from 9am to 6pm.

7.

What will be the arrangement if my birthday falls on the Park’s rest day or the Park is temporarily closed due to adverse weather conditions?

If your birthday falls on the Park’s closure day, or the Park has to change the operating hours due to adverse weather conditions, you can enjoy the offer on the next Park’s opening day. However, no alternative arrangements for free birthday admission will be offered if the visitor cannot secure an online reservation or the Park is temporarily closed due to anti-pandemic measures or any other special circumstances on their birthday or on the day of eligible postponement.

Online Reservation & Re-Entry

1.

I have planned to visit Ocean Park, shall I be required to make online reservation in order to enter the Park?

From 27 July 2023 onwards, all visitors, except those who redeem complimentary birthday ticket for Hong Kong residents, are not required to make online reservations prior to their visits.

2.

What should I do if I need to exit the Park for a while and re-enter within the day? Do I need to make another reservation for my re-entry?

No, you do not need to make another online reservation for re-entry. Before you leave the Park, please approach our staff member at turnstile and you will be given a wristband. Then, you can present your wristband and the admission ticket for re-entry verification.

Guest Services

1.

Does the park provide storage for luggage or personal belongings?

Yes. There are several options for lockers and storage:

  • Daily Rental: Available at the Waterfront (Locker, Stroller and Wheelchair Rental in Aqua City) for HK$150 per day.

  • Hourly Rental: Available at the Summit (Near the exit of Ocean Express Summit Station and Thrill Mountain Locker Rental) for HK$20 per hour.


Cloakroom service is also available at the Stroller and Wheelchair Rental in Aqua City if your personal belongings exceed the locker size. The cloakroom charge is HK$150 per each deposited item.

Are strollers and wheelchairs available for rent?

Yes, both can be rented at the ""Locker, Stroller and Wheelchair Rental"" in Aqua City (Waterfront):

  • Stroller: HK$150 per day (plus a HK$100 refundable security deposit).

  • Wheelchair: HK$60 per day (plus a HK$100 refundable security deposit).

3.

Does the park cater to guests with specific dietary or religious needs?

Yes, the park provides the following:

  • Dietary Needs: Halal-certified food, Indian food, and vegetarian dishes are available at designated restaurants and kiosks.

  • Prayer Room: A prayer room is located at The Summit (Thrill Mountain) next to The Flash.

  • Religious Headwear: Due to safety concern, loose items are not allowed to bring onto rides. In case guests cannot take off the headwear due to religions belief, our staff will provide a windbreaker with hood to guests for securing the headwear.

Is there free Wi-Fi and power bank rental in the park?

Wi-Fi: Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available under the networks "OceanPark Free WiFi", "OceanPark Free WiFi Encrypted." or "Wi-Fi.HK via OP".

Power Banks: Rental stations from ChargeSPOT are located at various points throughout the park. You can use the ChargeSPOT app to find the nearest station.
