Ocean Park Hong Kong App has been suspended since 1 July 2026. To support this transition, we had launched a new official website that allows you to easily browse the latest park information and purchase tickets across different mobile platforms and other devices.

If you have purchased tickets in the App, please use your unused admission tickets on or before 30 June 2026. If you visit the Park on or after 1 July 2026, please record your ticket code in advance and present it with your payment record at Guest Relations for admission arrangement before the ticket validity expires.

For those Ocean Park Annual Members who had bound their memberships in the App, please continue using your digital membership in PDF format or physical membership card for park admission on or after 1 July 2026.

Guests can visit our official website for the latest park information and to purchase tickets. Thank you for your long-term support and understanding.
