3. Proof of birthday month and a valid Ocean Park Annual Membership must be presented at the time of redemption for verification purpose. Each member can only enjoy this offer once.

4. Consumption amount excludes 10% service charge (based on the original price).

5. Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
