Starting from now to January 31, 2026, Chef Leung Nin Fong will present a new menu featuring “Singaporean & Malaysian Delights” at Ginger Grill. This limited-time offering includes five classic Singapore-Malaysia dishes - "Pork Ribs in Herbal Soup (Bak Kut Teh)", "Hainanese Chicken (Half) with IPOH Bean Sprouts", "Wok-fried King Prawns with Black Pepper", "Malaysian Seafood Laksa", and "Fried Turnip Cake with Shrimp in Singapore Style”. With over thirty years of extensive culinary experience, Chef Leung has previously worked in five-star hotels and numerous renowned establishments such as The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel and Satay Inn, specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine. Join us on a delightful journey to explore the unique charm of Singapore and Malaysia.

Pork Ribs in Herbal Soup (Bak Kut Teh) - A rich and aromatic pork rib soup brewed with a variety of spices and traditional Chinese herbs including Dong Quai (Angelica Sinensis). This Malaysian-style dish features a deep color and robust broth, with tender, flavorful meat. Accompanied by crispy Youtiao (fried dough sticks), it's a heartwarming classic you won’t want to miss!

Malaysian Seafood Laksa - A rich soup base made from lemongrass, galangal, shrimp paste, and turmeric powder. Rice noodles are submerged in a thick coconut curry broth, complemented by a variety of ingredients like Canadian scallops, Vietnamese prawns, fish balls, and tofu.
