Nature Art on Bread Workshop

Embark on a nature discovery journey at our new “Nature Art on Bread Workshop” as children explore the world by using their senses of taste and smell! Led by our pastry chef and educator, children can unleash their creativity by creating an edible masterpiece with focaccia. As the children shape and decorate the bread with colourful fruits, vegetables, and edible flowers and leaves, they'll also utilise their five senses to appreciate nature in a brand new way!

Date	15/11/2020 – 26/6/2022 (on specific dates)
Participant	Aged 3 or above  *Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian who satisfies all programme requirements.
Venue	Aqua City Bakery, The Waterfront
Time	10:30am – 12:00nn (Gathering Time: 10:15am)
Capacity	6 groups (Each group with 2 participants, including 1 adult aged 18 or above and 1 child of age 3 to 11) *The programme will be cancelled if there are less than 3 groups.
Language	Cantonese, supplemented by English
Remarks	- Upon completing the workshop, each group of participants will take home three focaccias (around 300g in total). - The colour of the edible decorations will change after baking. We suggest taking photos of the bread before it is baked. - All ingredients and baking equipment will be provided to participants. Participants should bring their own container to take away the finished products.

2. This programme requires participation fee and advance booking. A valid admission ticket to the Park is required to join the programme. The price of the admission ticket is not included in the programme fee. 
3. All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The itinerary or content of the programme may be subject to change without prior notice.
5. Enrolment deadline: 3 days before each session commences
6. Enrolment will be postponed for 1 day if the following circumstances happen at 12:00pm:
   1. Tropical cyclone signal number 8 or above is hoisted by The Hong Kong Observatory.
   2. Black rainstorm warning issued by The Hong Kong Observatory.
7. The selected programme code, date, time and participant’s name cannot be changed or rescheduled. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please make sure the programme dates fit in participant’s schedule before enrolment.
8. Participants will receive a confirmation letter via email once the payment has been received. Please pay attention to the spam or junk mailboxes of your email account.
9. Information is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
